Bill Stickley, his man I have been a customer of Phillips Chrysler for more than 20 years. In all that time I have always had a good sales experience. Bill Stickley, his managers, and I have always been able to reach a fair deal for all concerned. Through the years I can also say that the service on my many cars has been excellent. I have dealt with the same service rep. and my concerns have always been respected and taken care of. I trade often and Bill Steckley always calls me when he has something new or interesting. Oil change, tire rotation Friendly people who got me in fast. The whole process was professional from the start. The seveice was quick . However, the front wheel well splash pa Friendly people who got me in fast. The whole process was professional from the start. The seveice was quick . However, the front wheel well splash panel was damaged during the tire rotation. As I washed the truck I noticed the damaged panel, and I took it back to them the next day. The seveice Manager inspected it and said they will repair it to my sadisfaction. I couldn't ask for more, they got me right in and did the repair fast. I like the fact that they acknowledged the damage and took responsibility to fix it without question. More
