Had an appointment to get an oil change on my Dodge Ram 2500. I asked to also have the tires rotated and the brakes inspected. From where I was sitting outside waiting, I could see they never did the tire 2500. I asked to also have the tires rotated and the brakes inspected. From where I was sitting outside waiting, I could see they never did the tire rotation as well as the brake inspection. Upon checking out, I asked the service advisor what services were done and he parroted the oil, tire rotation and brake check. I told him I didn’t think they did the tires or the brakes. He went and asked the mechanic and he told them they only changed the oil. It was clearly written on the order the services I asked for. The service advisor did apologize and obviously took off the $29.95 charge for tire rotation. If you go there for service, inspect what you expect! More
