Fixing the Radio I have to give a shout out to the service dept at Phillips Chrysler in Ocala. I leased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee just a couple of weeks ago, and the radio I have to give a shout out to the service dept at Phillips Chrysler in Ocala. I leased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee just a couple of weeks ago, and the radio went on the fritz. When I took it in to be serviced, it was playing and displaying normally, making me look like a doofus!, but Scott Sherman took me at my word and had it run through diagnostics. They determined it was faulty and set me up for a replacement. When the part was replaced, I got all the way home and noticed it was different to the unit I had before and I didn't have access to all the features on the vehicle, because the new screen was missing several apps. I drove all the way back into the service department, and Abriel Archer was super helpful! He had my truck taken back immediately and got everything working like it should. These guys are terrific. Helpful, patient, understanding and they really want their customers to be satisfied and to come back. I'd recommend this dealership and service dept to any and everyone. More
poor service Today I had an appt at the dearler. I saw people come and go and my car was parked outside for over 2 hours. I had to go to the office several times Today I had an appt at the dearler. I saw people come and go and my car was parked outside for over 2 hours. I had to go to the office several times to ask about my car and all they said was "soon soon." I then went to the inside office and then they looked at my car for 15 minutes and told me that they would have to order a part and to come back later. To be able to post this messg I had to choose a star - but they get no stars from me. More
car in for service We recently bought a jeep from another dealership, the dealership I bought from called and was told it was still under warranty. I took it there and t We recently bought a jeep from another dealership, the dealership I bought from called and was told it was still under warranty. I took it there and they said it wasn't and it would cost me $715 to fix. I took back to the purchasing dealership, since I have an extended warranty, they ordered the parts that Jeep said we needed. We take it back via the purchasing dealership to be told that wasn't what was wrong with it and that they weren't fixing something that didn't need to be fixed. The also did yet another diagnostic without looking to see if one was done. Needless to say I am not very pleased with the treatment from this dealership. More

Not a Good Experience this time I had an early morning appointment to get my car repaired so I had brought my car in the afternoon prior to the appointment. I did not receive even a phone call letting me know the status of my vehicle so I called Four times and Nothing, I left messages to no avail. I went in after work to pick up my car only to find out that it had not even been touched. The mechanic told the service writer that he didn't get to it, sorry. I was then told that the appointment is only for the Service Writer to write up the repair, Really, Never have I ever heard that one before. I requested the Service Manager who did try to be helpful by offering an apology and a rental car, however the rental car was not coming from the car lot but I would have to go pick it up and spend $25 out of my pocket and then I would need to return it also, I declined. They did bring my repaired vehicle to me the following day. More
Customer Service I needed some work done on my 2016 Chrysler 300 which I purchased from Matthew Hurd over a year ago. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the service depa I needed some work done on my 2016 Chrysler 300 which I purchased from Matthew Hurd over a year ago. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the service department was extremely busy and I could not get through on the phone. I took a chance and called Matt and asked for help. He told me he would need a few minutes and would call me back. He walked over to service and spoke to Abriel Archer. These 2 men worked together and within about 5 minutes Matt called me back. I had my car towed in, and was met immediately by Abriel who had a rental car driver waiting to assist me with much needed transportation. It is so nice to know that a salesman will work so closely with the service department and a customer to make sure all needs are met. My car is again running beautifully and due to the excellent way we were treated, we went back today and purchased a truck. That is how you earn business. These men know how to work together and are a huge asset to the company. Thank you both so much. Kathy LaConte More
