A review? I’m not sure you want to hear from me. I mean, no one has called me back after two voicemails regarding the work that was poorly done. From the start I’m not sure you want to hear from me. I mean, no one has called me back after two voicemails regarding the work that was poorly done. From the start this has been a bad first experience with Phillips. My 2019 Jeep Cherokee was brought in for warranty work on 9/13/22, of which I was first informed it was a simple task. Later, during that work (approx. 3pm that afternoon), found out it would take longer than expected due to rusted bolts. I was then informed that they would need to keep my car or put it back together partially repaired and I could bring it back on another day to complete the repair. Driving around partially repaired didn’t feel very safe so I asked for a loner or rental and was told there were no loners available and the rental company had no vehicles either. Well, I can’t be left without a vehicle, not only am I single mom but I also have a mother who was having surgery the next morning that I had to be present for. This is when I decided I wanted to speak to a manager who informed me that he knew he was getting a call from me so he was waiting. When I explained that I had just purchased the vehicle and was upset he responded with “Well you didn’t buy the car from us.” That was obvious, not once did I mention that I blamed anyone for the damages I was dealing with but as the dealer you are responsible for the warranty whether the car was purchased from your franchise or not. Again I was told there were no rentals and that is why I called the rental company myself where was I told that there were in fact plenty of vehicles available. After that conversation I called the dealership back and was told they would look into it. A few minutes later I had a rental which was very much appreciated. Since then, my Jeep was completed the next day (9/14/22). However, during the drive back to the hospital I noticed it was still making the noise I originally came in about. And to top that off, the alignment is off and pulls my car to the right. But let’s add insult to injury, Saturday, two days after getting my car back, I found a tool (3/8 extension) left on my windshield where it could have easily bounced with a bump in the road and possibly broken my windshield. I’ve made several attempts to call back and no one has returned my calls. At this point I will be finding a different dealer and will never return to Phillips again. More
My wife’s jeep broke down and we had it towed to Phillips and it took 4 days to get diagnosis’ on what was wrong and another 2 days for part to come in . And over 1400.00 dollars for a 400.00 part.
