Car was towed there Friday at 1 for sat 10 an appt. Quoted $210 for the brake repair. Called at 12 on Saturday was told they didn’t have our truck there. Then was promised they would pick up my husband at work on Monday to get him there to pickup his truck. He called at noon to verify. Supposed to arrive at my work at 3:30 no one ever came. Got a ride to the garage. Then was told it was over $500. No one called to let us know. We did speak to the manager who listened but did not do anything to try to make it up to us. More

When I asked if there was a loaner car that we could get he said no but there was a rental car that Dodge would pay for he gave me all of the instructions on how to get the rental car. I was not expecting my car to be finished until the following week as he had stated parts had to come in. To my surprise he was able to get the parts in and installed in the truck by Friday afternoon. As he was getting the work done he kept me advised of the situation. I couldn't have been happier with the whole situation. More
Vehicle was returned the same way it was turned in, bottom all with oil. You would think if it's being fixed for oil leak, it would e cleaned up.
