My first initial experience with the service department wasn’t good at all. My Ram 2500 was initially written up with the wrong description on why the vehicle was there in the first place. It sat there for days because of the way the first service professional wrote up the issue. Thank goodness Anthony stepped in. He took over the repair from the original service professional. Anthony’s customer service was exceptional. He was very kind, informative, and direct. Because of the way Anthony handled my transaction I will be back for future repairs and send everybody I know to Phillips Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
