I needed to get a diagnostic check done for a check engine light. Got there at my appointment time and was checked in by Jeff Smith within a few minutes. While checking in, I asked for a service while engine light. Got there at my appointment time and was checked in by Jeff Smith within a few minutes. While checking in, I asked for a service while my truck was there and Jeff added it to my appointment. Once the diagnosis and service was complete, Jeff found me in the waiting area and went over the results. Parts needed to be ordered for the repair of my truck and Jeff said they would call when they arrived. He said to expect about a week. To my surprise, it only took about 3 days. Follow on appointment was easy to make. For my first time using Phillips, they made a great impression and will definitely be returning for any future service! More
