Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

Dealership has had my Jeep for over a month with putting minimum effort into it's repair. They don't have loaners, or rentals as per my Mopar warranty. I provided them a list of what was wrong only to hear minimum effort into it's repair. They don't have loaners, or rentals as per my Mopar warranty. I find out the shuttle guy is the one test driving my car listening for the noise and he's not even a mechanic. I asked for them to throw in new spark plugs as a courtesy and they said it was too expensive. I have had my time wasted with being told my Jeep was ready then to get down there and it's not. I deliver mail and it's for work and I lose 50 bucks a day plus more if I can't go to work that day. Do not go here for service. They don't care, your not of any value after purchase. I now have an open case with Jeep now and we'll see were that goes. Do not use them. More
