No one called me to tell me my vehicle was ready I had to call two times to get ahold of someone for them to say it was even ready. Even though it’s always had the 6in lift something you can even get installed at the dealer. Had a part in headliner break and didn’t want to cover it under warranty saying was tampered with which it was not. Some simple snap clips broke but wanted to charge me 4500$ for something so simple. I’ve bought a few trucks from ram. This will be my last. I will not buy another. More

Was told it was a different issue and problem was fixed. it took over 4 hours to get my shuttle back to the dealership (with no communication as to when the shuttle would pick me up) and when I got there, the problem WASN't Solved anyway - wasted day. Not first time I have had issues with the service dept/shuttle. More
