Brought 2016 jeep wrangler in for over heating, They took heads off stripping bolts and said not their fault, then said new engine, then charged for 2 heads and labor on what did not work. Now electric top does not work and they said it’s not electric and also told me there was no back up camera! Give them 5 stars for lying, excuses and ripping us off with out completing job charged for and now have to go elsewhere to fix the problems they created 😩13 k later More

When I recently went to Phillips Chrysler for my Pacifica appointment upon arrival I was quickly checked in and referred to service advisor Jeff Smith. We discussed what I needed done to my mini van and he q appointment upon arrival I was quickly checked in and referred to service advisor Jeff Smith. We discussed what I needed done to my mini van and he quickly got the service going . Jeff asked me to wait in the service waiting room and said I wouldn't have to wait long. Sure enough, in less then one hour my Pacifica was repaired and brought out for me to take home. During the time I was waiting Jeff checked in with me twice to let me know how the repair was moving along. That was terrific service.! I give Jeff Smith and Phillips Chrysler TEN stars. Excellent job ! More
