I was called to make an appointment for air bags, it took 4 appointments to actually have the bags there to install, then they told me about the read end recall(they inspected it at air bag recall time), I s 4 appointments to actually have the bags there to install, then they told me about the read end recall(they inspected it at air bag recall time), I showed up at 8:30 left truck, they called at 11 am to tell me they refuse to do the recall. This place has NO CONCERN for customers time, they wasted mine and two friends(one to follow me there and one to take me to pick up truck). More

The dealership is good. We have used them with my 2016 Travato RV on a Promaster 3500 chassis and now with our new Roadtrek 2023 Promaster 3500. We scheduled this visit on the way home from the Roadtrek dealer with the adaptive crease control not operating. I was was told that the reason it’s not working was because Roadtrek modified the vehicle. That the did, they took your stripped vehicle and provisioned it into a RC camper. Apparently this voids the warrantee! I notified Roadtrek and Sunshine RV who said that I would be reimbursed but as of today nothing! Roadtrek told me that there is a bulletin to RAM reference aligning the RAM for the RV provisioning. Service manager apparently is unaware of this and RAM failed to align it correctly. Since this was a 2023 chassis it’s possible it left RAM to Roadtrek without the alignment. Nevertheless I should not have been charged and this should have been a warranty repair. More

The service department is unorganized and there is always a guessing game for how long it’s going to take for someone to acknowledge and help me. The check in process is chaos. I needed a hard to find key fob program for my 1999 Prowler. Turns out that Phillips Chrysler is the only one that has the program. They had me out the door in 30 minutes and it works great.
