Yes, I am very aware that some companies choose not to accept American Express. Your signs are posted behind the service advisors in their respective booths. There is not a sign where Jonathan sits (although you will certainly put one there ASAP most likely). I am a American Express Centurion Card Member. Having this AMEX card brings many benefits, one is extended warranty and insurance coverage on items purchased with the Centurion Card. Unfortunately for your company, being penny wise and pound foolish, you have lost my business.
