Poor Buying Experience and Service My Wife and I went to purchase a 2017 Pacifica on November 25, 2016. We were greeted by Sales Rep and told him what we were looking for. He showed u My Wife and I went to purchase a 2017 Pacifica on November 25, 2016. We were greeted by Sales Rep and told him what we were looking for. He showed us the model on the sales floor and we asked to see additional models. He got the keys for 3 additional cars and took us up to the sales lot and then told us he had to meet someone in 15 minutes. We looked at one and he suggested we take it for a test run. He asked us to drop him off at the office so he could put a dealer plate on the car. He came out, put the plat on, handed me two other sets of keys and a screwdriver. He was not going with us but when we came back he said change the plate to the other two cars and test drive them. We drove the car, decided to purchase that one and returned to the office. We said we would purchase the car, he said he was with a person and took us to a sitting area to wait for him. After 40 minutes, we got up to leave. He chased us out the door and was willing to give us to another salesman at that point. It was pure greed on his part not to pass us to another salesperson earlier. When I emailed the general manager, I got no response. Obviously there is where the problem is. Today I attempted to make my first service appointment. The number on literature they gave me did not work, nor did the number in the email I received last week, nor the numbers on the website. I spent 45 minutes attempting to call the service department to take my car in for regular maintenance. I'm not looking forward to my appointment on Wednesday. More

Good customer relations. I usually ask for Jeff due to excellent experiences in the past but I was informed by Brian that Jeff was on vacation and that he would assist in my needs.
