Found the right guy!!!! At first, the dealership was hesitant to swap out an OEM rim I had to replace on my car, because they were scared they might scratch the new one and b At first, the dealership was hesitant to swap out an OEM rim I had to replace on my car, because they were scared they might scratch the new one and be responsible for replacing it. I assured them they are an authorized service dealer for Dodge, therfore they must have someone qualified. After searching they found the correct certified technician who did a great job doing the swap. I did inquire about VIN etching but the service advisor had no idea what I was talking about More

We owned a 2006 Dodge Durango already and loved it, but didn't bother to look at new one because we thought it was more than we wanted to pay per month. We went into Phillips and met Mark Helfer. We felt comfortable with him from the beginning. He got us into a 2016 Dodge Durango for under what we wanted to pay. We will forever go back to Phillips.
