Amazing experience from start to finish! I typically loathe buying vehicles but we got engaged with the team at Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge and from start to finish it was a wonderful experi I typically loathe buying vehicles but we got engaged with the team at Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Joe Washburn was very quick to respond to my questions when I engaged them through their website and he provided a lot of help in a variety of ways. I felt like he had my best interest in mind every step of the way. We then went onsite and met Joe, which then aligned us with Marcus Mister from the sales team. Marcus was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable and again always felt he was being sincere, not pushy and had our best interests. Kevin Roberts on the finance side of things then took us through the checking out processes. We were in and out very efficiently and continue to be very excited about our new vehicle. I typically have heavy buyers remorse following a vehicle purchase, but again feel that our best interests were most important and I think that's driven from the top on down, so I think that's important for others to know.
