This Dealer does not appear to be in tune with the customer I bought my 2010 town and country from this dealer when they were in the old building and had a great experience. Now that they are in the new building not so much!! I just received an email from Bobby Webb thanking me for purchasing a 2017 Pacifica from him. Problem is I did not buy my new 2017 Pacifica from him or Phillips. I bought my new 2017 Pacifica from Bill Bryant because of the way I was treated when I went into Phillips to buy my new car. Bobby was very nice but the Sales manager was terrible! The trade in value was well below black book on a vehicle with 48000 miles and a car that looked like new. The so called Dealer added Value items for what they were , added way too much to the price of the car. the next day I drove 20 miles down the road to Bill Bryant and got $2500 more for my trade and a much move knowledgeable and friendly crew. More

Mark did his usual magic and found us exactly what we were looking for, and worked on making us a deal on a Rubicon that we are ecstatic about. Dale Coleman (management) remembered us from 2013 when we bought our first vehicle at the dealership and made us feel right at home. Kevin Roberts got the contract done quickly so we could get on the road in our new Jeep. This was the shortest amount of time we've ever spend at a dealer purchasing a vehicle, which is a huge plus in our books. Thank you Mark, Dale and Kevin! Awful Purchase Experience We recently purchased a used car for a family member out of state. This car buying experience was the worst I have ever had. Granted, we were purcha We recently purchased a used car for a family member out of state. This car buying experience was the worst I have ever had. Granted, we were purchasing a car that was to be registered in another state so that made the transaction a little more complicated but they said that it was not a big deal. Whenever we asked a question, salesman would have to go to multiple people to get an answer. We would then get incorrect information (insurance requirements, registrations questions, title, etc.). We spent hours trying to get the documentation they said they needed; then they tell us is it was not needed and that they gave incorrect information. A week and a half later, we finally pick up the car. We left without the car being insured and they never gave us the title even though we paid cash for the car. It took another 2 weeks to get the title. When we test drove the car, the air conditioning appeared to be working. When we drove it home a week and a half later, the AC was not working. We did not think it would have been necessary to test drive it again. I called the salesman immediately. He did not call me back. I needed to call him back the next day. Then another day goes by before he called me to tell me that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for him to check again and he was supposed to call me back again. Never heard another word. They never offered to even look at the AC to see if it was a simple fix. The car we purchased was only $6K so maybe they felt that it was not worth the effort to make a customer happy who had a low dollar purchase. I was actually looking at a 2016 Jeep on the lot for myself but obviously, I will not be buying another car from them. More
