He showed me the Dart and it's many features beyond my wants, answered my questions and told me he would be ready to help me when I returned to buy. Marcus was indeed ready to help me recently. Not Bad, Went Pretty Good Bought a nice used car for a decent price with friendly sales people, everything went well except I was not told it was a "smokers" car. BUT, I was personally assured it would smell fresh when I picked it up. Not true. Wife won't get in it and I had to have it professionally cleaned after the purchase. Found out from cleaner that nicotine is a "fungus" and hard to remove and is not healthy to be around. Car should have been cleaned, I should have been warned about the fungus and car should have been heavily discounted or cleaned. I like this dealership and have bought both a new truck and a used vehicle in the last two months and traded in 4 vehicles. They are reasonable and friendly and easy to work with. Service department is very good and accommodating. Business Office is professional but not especially personable. More
