Awesome experience We had been looking for a new vehicle for 3 months. We went to about 15 dealerships as far away as Orlando. Didn't really know what we wanted. We owned a 2006 Dodge Durango already and loved it, but didn't bother to look at new one because we thought it was more than we wanted to pay per month. We went into Phillips and met Mark Helfer. We felt comfortable with him from the beginning. He got us into a 2016 Dodge Durango for under what we wanted to pay. We will forever go back to Phillips. Buying Experience It was a terrific buying experience. JD was attentive, listened to what we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. We feel it was one of our best buying experiences to date. If there is a negative it was with the financing. We were led to believe that it would only take about 20 minutes for the financing option AND once we were in the finance office that was true; however, it took about 45 minutes for the finance office to set up the paperwork. Not having been told this, we were somewhat frustrated by the time we made into the finance office. Had this been properly explained either by JD or the finance officer it would have been a perfect buying experience. Even so, we would still recommend this dealership above all others we have encountered over the years. More
