It was time that I wanted to pursue the purchase of a new vehicle. I contacted Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge after locating my vehicle of choice on the internet at their dealership. I called and spoke with Dale Coleman and Otto Scharfschwerdt on a Friday and drove to the dealership (150 miles from my residence) the next day to purchase the vehicle. Both gentleman we understanding, considerate and thoughtful during the process. The process was NOT confrontational, nor was there the normal dreaded process in purchasing a vehicle. Their Business Manager, Brad Leonard, explained all the required papers to be signed as well as other products and services offered through the dealership.,. There was no pressure to sell those products or services, just the offer to provide them. Otto went over the features of the vehicle then he called and registered the UConnect and made certain I understood them.
