Bill Stickley, his man I have been a customer of Phillips Chrysler for more than 20 years. In all that time I have always had a good sales experience. Bill Stickley, his managers, and I have always been able to reach a fair deal for all concerned. Through the years I can also say that the service on my many cars has been excellent. I have dealt with the same service rep. and my concerns have always been respected and taken care of. I trade often and Bill Steckley always calls me when he has something new or interesting. That has resulted in many new sales for him a fun experience for my wife and I! As long as Chrysler continues to put out interesting and fun vehicles, we will continue as one of your customers. More

Integrity, product knowledge and disclosure are beyond reproach, I recently retired after 44 years in the retail auto industry and it would have been my pleasure to have worked with these two gentlemen. It's too bad that the industry does not have more people of their caliber, they are a credit to their product and their dealership and when our lease expires I would look forward to dealing with them again. This Dealer does not appear to be in tune with the customer I bought my 2010 town and country from this dealer when they were in the old building and had a great experience. Now that they are in the new buildin I bought my 2010 town and country from this dealer when they were in the old building and had a great experience. Now that they are in the new building not so much!! I just received an email from Bobby Webb thanking me for purchasing a 2017 Pacifica from him. Problem is I did not buy my new 2017 Pacifica from him or Phillips. I bought my new 2017 Pacifica from Bill Bryant because of the way I was treated when I went into Phillips to buy my new car. Bobby was very nice but the Sales manager was terrible! The trade in value was well below black book on a vehicle with 48000 miles and a car that looked like new. The so called Dealer added Value items for what they were , added way too much to the price of the car. the next day I drove 20 miles down the road to Bill Bryant and got $2500 more for my trade and a much move knowledgeable and friendly crew.
