Awesome, no pressure experience. I stopped in at Phillips CJDR to look at a used vehicle that I had been monitoring via the internet because I wanted to compare it against some new ve I stopped in at Phillips CJDR to look at a used vehicle that I had been monitoring via the internet because I wanted to compare it against some new vehicles (Ram 2500 w/ CTD) that I was researching. Adrauth Perez came out to offer assistance. He let me drive the truck. It wasn't quite what I wanted, and I let him know. He did not give me any pressure or try to "sell" me the truck. I was about to leave, I honestly was not there that day buy a truck, but thought that while I was there I'd like to look at a couple of new ones I had been monitoring. Then I could have something to compare with when I went to other dealerships later. He let me look at the trucks, again never giving any feeling of pressure- just assistance. Then he asked me what I thought about the trucks. I told him that I'd like to make one take-it-or-leave-it offer, and that I didn't want to get into the "manager" game. I made a VERY competitive offer. I really didn't expect them to accept it without a bunch of back and forth negotiations, which I honestly was going to get into that day. I was outside waiting in my car (I didn't even go inside at that time because I didn't think they'd accept the offer and I didn't want to get pulled into a negotiation game; my wife was with me and we didn't want to spend a lot of wasted time there at that time), and he returned and said that they would accept my offer. I was literally stunned that they accept my offer with no pressure, no counter negotiations, no haggling. My wife and I then went into the building for the first time (I have never made an offer and had it accepted without stepping foot inside the dealers showroom/ offices before) and completed the paperwork. We then finalized the financing which was fairly quick and simple. I also received a VERY competitive interest rate to go along with my great deal. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Phillips CJDR and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. I contacted Stacy and she gave me an out the door price which was $2,800 cheaper than the EXACT vehicle in Tallahassee. Phillips Chrysler gave me a bigger discount than even my USAA discount.
