This was the 3rd deal I've had with Mark Helfer, I always ask for him because I trust him to be honest. He doesn't pressure me or try to upsell me on anything. He took a lot of time to explain all the new features and electronics on the new Pacifica. He even came to my house and explained the electronics to my wife. He's a great guy! John Nagy More

At first, it was the similar haggling over price vs trade in. We were not satisfied and politely left. Before leaving, we were approached by Sales Manager Dale Coleman who was able to lower the price, due to increased trade in allowance. We took a couple of days to consider their offer and requested some more money for our trade in. And yes, we did shop around for a similar car, test driving from Lakeland Chrysler, but they stated there was NO way they could sell us at that price and further stated that our deal with Phillips would surprise them if it could be done at our stated price. While in Lakeland, we received a text message that Phillips wanted to further evaluate our trade and they could possible meet our price request. We went straight to Phillips and because we were Sams Club members, there was an additional $1000 rebate towards our car. Our price had been met! They never gave up and did their due diligence to please us with the price we originally asked for. Within a few hours, we were driving home our new vehicle. We cannot say enough good things regarding Phillips Chrysler and the TEAM that re instilled our faith that a good deal CAN be done. More

The buying experience could not have been any easier, all my questions were answered right away, I wanted some more pictures and I had them within 20 minutes. Jon picked us up from the car rental agency, without a question. When we inspected the truck we notice both front tires had some side wall damage, they said they would replace them no problem, but they did not have the exact tires in stock so they took us to Tires Plus down the road and paid out of pocket to have them replaced so we could get out on the road. I just cannot say enough how great these guys were to us, honestly treated us like family. On the financing side we worked with Brad Leonard, again could not be a nicer guy, made us feel very comfortable. He did not try to push warranties and insurances on us. Very clear and concise.
