We specifically asked during our first contact if prices were negotiable. The response was "We're not going to lose a sale over a few hundred dollars!" Ultimately, the salesman we got paired up with was very pushy. After we found out the real price tag of the car after dealer fees, we asked to see if there was any negotiation room. Nope. Not one bit. We asked if there was some other Grand Cherokee a little less expensive (820 credit score by the way, they should WANT to work with us). He grumbled, "I'd hate to have to start all over again." Excuse me, are we interrupting your life, sir? *I* put in 4 hours of driving and wasted my time and gas to come back and forth to Ocala. Then after I tried to follow up by email with the salesman and the customer service person with specific questions, NEITHER of them would respond. No follow up call from the salesman, no nothing. Well, guess what? We found and purchased a Jeep GC Limited a year newer with 3k less miles, and all the upgraded features we wanted (and then some: inc. running boards) for $1000 less right in our area. Bad way to do business, Phillips. More

car in for service We recently bought a jeep from another dealership, the dealership I bought from called and was told it was still under warranty. I took it there and t We recently bought a jeep from another dealership, the dealership I bought from called and was told it was still under warranty. I took it there and they said it wasn't and it would cost me $715 to fix. I took back to the purchasing dealership, since I have an extended warranty, they ordered the parts that Jeep said we needed. We take it back via the purchasing dealership to be told that wasn't what was wrong with it and that they weren't fixing something that didn't need to be fixed. The also did yet another diagnostic without looking to see if one was done. Needless to say I am not very pleased with the treatment from this dealership. More
