But today proved to be a welcoming and pleasant change because of Otto Scharfschwerdt, Sales Consultant for Phillips Jeep, Inc. We shopped for two weeks for a Grand Cherokee Limited with four specific options and were unable to locate one within 500 miles. Otto contacted me and suggested that we consider the Jeep Overland instead of the Limited because some of the options were standard on the Overland. We were quite surprised the overall cost was very close to the Limied. Otto will be my "go to Guy" on my next new car and will recommend him to my friends. We did not spend much time with Brad Leonard, the Business Manager but he too is a true asset to the Phillips Dealership. We have experienced high pressue in the past to buy add ones but not with Brad. We were on our way with our new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Overland after signing the many documents within 20 minutes. Not best experience Barely got the deal I needed. Kept trying to push their financing on us. Two hours later we just had to leave without our sons first car. Really kind of rude. Oil change, tire rotation Friendly people who got me in fast. The whole process was professional from the start. The seveice was quick . However, the front wheel well splash panel was damaged during the tire rotation. As I washed the truck I noticed the damaged panel, and I took it back to them the next day. The seveice Manager inspected it and said they will repair it to my sadisfaction. I couldn't ask for more, they got me right in and did the repair fast. I like the fact that they acknowledged the damage and took responsibility to fix it without question. More

Poor Buying Experience and Service My Wife and I went to purchase a 2017 Pacifica on November 25, 2016. We were greeted by Sales Rep and told him what we were looking for. He showed u My Wife and I went to purchase a 2017 Pacifica on November 25, 2016. We were greeted by Sales Rep and told him what we were looking for. He showed us the model on the sales floor and we asked to see additional models. He got the keys for 3 additional cars and took us up to the sales lot and then told us he had to meet someone in 15 minutes. We looked at one and he suggested we take it for a test run. He asked us to drop him off at the office so he could put a dealer plate on the car. He came out, put the plat on, handed me two other sets of keys and a screwdriver. He was not going with us but when we came back he said change the plate to the other two cars and test drive them. We drove the car, decided to purchase that one and returned to the office. We said we would purchase the car, he said he was with a person and took us to a sitting area to wait for him. After 40 minutes, we got up to leave. He chased us out the door and was willing to give us to another salesman at that point. It was pure greed on his part not to pass us to another salesperson earlier. When I emailed the general manager, I got no response. Obviously there is where the problem is. Today I attempted to make my first service appointment. The number on literature they gave me did not work, nor did the number in the email I received last week, nor the numbers on the website. I spent 45 minutes attempting to call the service department to take my car in for regular maintenance. I'm not looking forward to my appointment on Wednesday. More
