Great customer service So my fiance and I went in to look into getting a new truck. We new what we wanted - so when we got in we started working with Matthew Hurd. He listened very inventively and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for and wanted. So we located a truck 2018 Dodge Ram 1500, and I test drove it. Once back at the dealership, Matthew worked quickly to help us get through this process. Matthew answered all our questions with expertise and when something wasn't correct on the paperwork, he corrected it immediately. Once we were approved for the truck, we went to work with the finance manager, Kevin. Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with. He worked quickly as well, and made the process go smoothly. Once all completed we went out to our old vehicle to clean it, and to our surprise - Matthew had already brought our new truck over next to our old vehicle, had removed the plate from our old vehicle and had everything set up waiting for us. This was perfect! We enjoyed not being harassed to make a deal, not getting extra incentives we didn't want shoved in our faces and how friendly the 2 employees we dealt with were. Terrible service and make promises they don't keep. I was promised a hitch to be installed because I needed a tow package. Then the car was delivered to me eithout being cleaned. The dirt from the assembly line was still on the inside glass suction marks and all. When they did picked it up to detail it they just cleaned the windows inside nothing else. More
