We walked in lat on a Sunday considering buying a truck advertised on the web site. The internet price seemed good for what was advertised in the picture. He was knowledgable about the other available models and offered suggestions that could enhance the vehicle he sold to me. Kevin was not pushy and did a great job handling the finances in an efficient manner Dale was very helpful behind the scenes. I really felt like they wanted to sell the vehicle and make the customer happy; they are not just profit driven. More

I brought my gladiator in for 1st thing it didn't want to start when I tried to start it. I pushed the start button 3 times before it started it was running rough. So I went directly to the dealership. John start when I tried to start it. I pushed the start button 3 times before it started it was running rough. So I went directly to the dealership. John told me the batteries were tested and took a charge. The code still came on that the start and stop and cabin cooling and heat were not ready. I showed it to John before I left the dealership. John told me it was because it's hot out and the AC was on it would take time for a complete charge. I told John my husband has a Gladiator and it hot out it'runs fine. I left the dealership and went through a drive through and the jeep shut off in line. I put it in park and restarted the jeep.I called back to the dealership and the receptionist put my call through to the service manager I left a message the same day and never received a call back. I explained on my message I wasn't happy I left the dealership with the same problem. And that I have heart failure and can't be stranded in the heat. That there would be a problem if that were to happen. I plan on going somewhere else to have the jeep serviced. More

Had trouble checking in, then I was told that the under warranty repair items were now my responsibility. Order for sun visors was placed in April 24. tailgate handle ordered 1.5 years back (for some reaso warranty repair items were now my responsibility. Order for sun visors was placed in April 24. tailgate handle ordered 1.5 years back (for some reason recall ticket was closed after my handle was adjusted), it took several phone calls to get the visors in, just in time for the manufacturer warranty to expire a few weeks back. No attempt was made to rectify this problem with Ram. Sad … still have extended warranty, but frankly was over „it“ by then and paid for one visor to put in. Called the Owners Hotline, and got a „case“ started. Thank goodness, Ken Wright in Sales saved the day. Not impressed with the Service Department at all. More

Left my van for over 24h, resulting in two diagnostic codes, and no labor 395.00. Wanted to charge over 700.00 to replace fuel filter and air filter 2h labor and parts which my husband did in 20 min. Ken and the everyone at CDJR are one of a kind! I purchased a vehicle a few months back and well, like they sometimes do, my circumstances changed drastically from then to now. I came in and talked I purchased a vehicle a few months back and well, like they sometimes do, my circumstances changed drastically from then to now. I came in and talked with Ken a couple weeks back to see what my options were and let me just say he went above and beyond to begin the search to get me into something that would be better fit for my children and I. He came through and found me the perfect car to ease my mind and be something safe and sound I can be proud to call my own. This has been an extremely trying and scary time which Ken has handled with nothing but care and compassion and I couldn’t be happier to be part of the CDJR family. I was really unsure of whether or not to pull the trigger on it and Ken and the team were able to calm my nerves and make sure I felt comfortable before continuing to finalize the deal. This experience will always be something positive to look back at as the storm in my life fades and for that I will be forever grateful and continue to come back time and time again. More
