About an hour and a half after the estimated completion time I called for a status and was told the service writer was looking for me in the waiting room. That's an hour and a half i will never get back. The missed phone call is the reason for the one star deduction. I would go there again for service and see if the people skills improve. More

Poor management, no calls returned took over two weeks for a simple repair. I visited back twice to get answers service team only care about their clients do not work with each other. Couldn’t give me an estimate and seriously over charged me. Charged 50 for shop fees no one could explain. Never again! More
