After I purchased the car, ready to leave. Found those problems.The back-up camera is blur, cannot see anything.There's serious leaking under the hood. Rear seat has something like stain. But, I just realized that's how they hide the stain.) But, there's nothing you will do. BECAUSE I ALREADY BOUGHT IT.AND, I was so mad about the manger, Todd. The cigarette odor is really obvious, but WHY DIDN'T HE EVEN MENTION DURING THE CONVERSATION? All I think about is he wants to hide the truth. And, he knew I'm out of state; so, if I just ship it, there's nothing I can do, but accept that stinky smell and all problems. How's that possible to get a 4.5 review for the dealer who wants to hide all the issues? This is so ridiculous and unscrupulous. More

Satisfied Customer My appt was for 9am. We dropped my car off around 8am. Received text around 9:30am that my car was ready. Very satisfied!! Jeffery Smith checked me in My appt was for 9am. We dropped my car off around 8am. Received text around 9:30am that my car was ready. Very satisfied!! Jeffery Smith checked me in and was not clear with instructions after he took my name. But I was able to talk with someone else who directed me to Jeffery Smith. I was very happy how quickly my car was ready. Jeffery told me my car would be ready around 1pm. I was also very happy with the mechanic that worked on my car. Often I need to work at getting my seat back how I liked it. This time is was right where I left it. It looked great. I always take my car to Phillips since I bought the car there. I've never been disappointed! Thank you for your great staff. More

Never bought a vehicle I was shopping for a new wrangler. They have one advertised at 33K, so thats what I was looking at. After a short talk with them, I find out that it I was shopping for a new wrangler. They have one advertised at 33K, so thats what I was looking at. After a short talk with them, I find out that it would really cost me 38K. I expect them to make a profit, but all the added fees were ridiculous. I went down to tampa and purchased the same vehicle for 32K. Do your homework folks. More
