Bought a used Chrysler Town & Country (2013). Brian was extremely friendly and helpful, excellent service. During the next couple of days, a couple of minor issues came up (valve on tire damaged, remote ke extremely friendly and helpful, excellent service. I guess, I could have inspected the car a little bit more carefully but a little bit more transparency would have been nice, too. This being said, even accounting for those minor issues, the price of the car was still very good and it runs smoothly. Would recommend Philipps in general and Brian in specific. More

On 10/7/2021, I decided to stop into Phillips Chrysler. Upon my arrival, there was a salesman in the parking lot speaking with a young lady, who would go on to greet my wife and I. As it turns out, he was with his daughter at the time. His name is Will. Will asked if we needed help and I let him know that I was in the market for a Ram 1500 Limited. I went over the specs that I was interested in and he commented, “you have done your research.” He asked if I would like a test drive and I said yes. He gathered my license and registered me in the system. This is when things started to go left…. Will proceeds to tell me that the 73k,truck I’m looking for, has been sold by his commercial manager. I find this strange as the truck is still listed on the website. At any rate, he proceeds to ask if we would like to go see a second truck that has the same features. He ends up having us walk the entire length of his lot. There is no second truck. He is a 9 year veteran of the company. How does he not know what is on his lot? Why would you not grab a golf cart? Why would not even offer us a water when we finished? After the walk, he states that he would be able to have his manager possibly order us one from another dealership but since we are just test driving that may not fly. We get back to the building and he says let me see if the truck is still here and see if we can still take it out. He left us waiting at his desk for fifteen minutes. We had already explained that we had to leave by a specific time for a doctors appt. He never came back. Instead, we see him chatting with others salesman and just having a good ole time. We walk out. Why would this dealership not take my money? During our experience, he took a phone call from his daughter and was preoccupied with her when she brought him his Dunkin flavored tea. I understand family as I too have a daughter but you are in the business to serve your customers. The whole experience was a hour wasted and completely disrespectful of our time. Will, you seem like a good guy and I would have enjoyed working with you. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and cost you the commission on a 73k truck! Maybe, you’re good with that, but I’m sure there are others that would respond differently. More
