Had to find parts within Chrysler system and show them parts were available. They claimed that they could not fix the differential because parts were not available. It is a nice dealership, I wish they had the courtesy that Bill Bryant in Leesburg has such as washing the vehicle before returning it as well as removing the paper from the floor and dash. My truck was that Bill Bryant in Leesburg has such as washing the vehicle before returning it as well as removing the paper from the floor and dash. My truck was brought in just 2 weeks prior for an oil change and no one advised me that I had an exhaust leak in the manifold even though they were working on the vehicle and had it running and could easily hear it. I could hear it after I got home. Which is what prompted me to bring the truck back to the dealership for service. I would think that when you come in for a oil service of which I pay in advance for I would atleast get a compleate check of all systems. Instead it seemed to me that they just wanted to get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I will not stop me from coming to this dealership but improvements still need to be made it is a little better than what it was but it could be better with a bit more customer service and satisfaction.
