I was not kept up to date on when my part was expected to arrive. I called many times leaving messages with everyone l was transferred to and received not a one call back phone call. When l did get through t arrive. I called many times leaving messages with everyone l was transferred to and received not a one call back phone call. When l did get through to talk to someone Jeff Smith he was not pleasant on the phone and l ended up hanging up expecting my issues not to be taken care of. Jeremy Ulecki ended up taking care of my issue for me. This is my first time buying a Jeep and my last!!! More
