Salesman was great! He answered all questions, made paperwork as painless as possible. My only problem was we made it very clear that we needed our handicapped tag. We were told that we had it too long and they couldn't put it on the new car. I was told to take it to DMV and they would exchange it. DMV said that would take 30-45 days depending on how long it took the dealership to complete their paperwork. Since the old tag didn't expired until the end of May she said the could have put it on the car! We also still need a 2nd key, apparently they only do these on Mondays. The person was already gone even though it was Monday. With our medical appointments it will be at least two weeks until we can get back there. More
Poor communication between service people. Car had bad battery, were told don't turn off because it won't start. Person handed FOB to driver. Car was moved and turned off. The car would be put in a que for the service department to schedule the work. Not our idea of great customer service. Why make an appointment at all if you are going to be put in a que?
