I have to say after a long process back and forth, I have only Three words to say about Phillips service dept, "Excellent service team" Starting with GM John Cherry to Gary Winkler the Service advisors and only Three words to say about Phillips service dept, "Excellent service team" Starting with GM John Cherry to Gary Winkler the Service advisors and the entire Mechanical Staff, they all worked diligently to trouble shoot and repair a problem that not only made the dealership scratch their heads but other mechanical shops in the area, I can't say enough for the GM John Cherry who stayed in constant contact with me and providing me a loaner car every time I came into the shop, Gary Winkler thank you once again for your diligent work with your staff on finding the problem. I guess now the problem has been repaired and you once again have a happy customer, Let's try to find my next vehicle in my monthly price range and start again, my relationship with Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is my dealership for now on, Respectfully submitted John Vetter More
