Worst communication I have ever experienced. Truck broke down on my home to South Carolina. Left it with them. Tried calling the next morning, no return call. Received a text late afternoon saying "axle done, checking alignment". I replied back asking it that was all they found. No response. Called numerous times the next day, no answer, no return calls. Finally called the sales dept and they tracked him down and he said the truck was done the day before. I wouldn't cross the street to xxxx on Tim if he was on fire. He sucks. More

Recall procedure not followed incomplete , was called and asked to bring back in was doing a delivery he said he'd call back in 2 hours never did , was told the car was finished in a period of time impossibl asked to bring back in was doing a delivery he said he'd call back in 2 hours never did , was told the car was finished in a period of time impossible to do these recalls , second stop still needed , I didn't bother anyone for a loaner and still the burden becomes all mine , stated in addition hybrid mpg was was down on that note was told no problem exists .. more bologna 🤷.. also stated voice commands especially search and go are super challenging and always says immediately cancel ... basically nothing was done ... the only highlight was on pickup of nothing done a candid conversation with a good tech was refreshing, shame he didn't get my R O ..🤷🙆🙅 More
