Great sales exp, but turned away by Service I have a new 2017 colorado that has an off center steering wheel ,made a appointment to bring it in and have it corrected after driving out there from I have a new 2017 colorado that has an off center steering wheel ,made a appointment to bring it in and have it corrected after driving out there from joliet in 5 o'clock traffic, I was told they were not going to align it cause it didn't have at least 500 miles on it. That wasn't a factor when I made the appointment, but after I drive out there they say no. So now I have to wait approximately a week when I have 500 or more miles on it and go back, Well Hawk Chevrolet in Joliet is alot closer to me ,I may just go there instead, My time means something too. They could have said you made the appointment and someone here didn't know what was going on and you are here so we will go ahead and take care of it. But No it was like they didn't even care so I may or may never go back for service..The Sales Department does such a great job and you leave feeling like you made a great purchase and then you need service and it's a total let down. At this point how I feel is I wish I could give this truck back to them and take back my trade. More

Horrible Service I recently bought a new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport from Phillips Chevrolet (Sales Team was good to work with). One of the transmission lines came off I recently bought a new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport from Phillips Chevrolet (Sales Team was good to work with). One of the transmission lines came off 199 miles from the dealership and left me stranded. The car was hauled to another dealership which they had it fixed a few days later. Now the car has a vibration somewhere in the driveline. I explained the problem (feels like running over rumble strips every 5 seconds) to service department and offered to take a tech on a ride to show what the problem was since it was a three hour round trip for me to come to the dealership. I was informed that wasn't necessary and no one was available anyway. The next day I was informed there was nothing wrong with my new Corvette and that the vibration was from the tires being cold. I told the service advisor (Christine Finch) that was not true since I just left Texas, where it was 81 degrees, and the vibration was still there. They agreed to look at the car again, called me the next day and told me the exact same thing. I asked if they even took the tires off to see if they could find a problem and she informed me that they didn't see the need but, they did check the suspension for any loose hardware. Why they were checking the suspension, I have no idea since I told them the vibration was in the drivetrain. 7 hours of my time wasted...Beware More

Great Service Center with Skilled Mechanics I brought my vehicle in for service here all the time. Everyone is nice and personable.
