Had to have my car towed to the dealership late on a Friday afternoon. Wasn't sure if the car would be worked on until Monday and they had a great rental car for me ready to go. The car was ready Satu Friday afternoon. Wasn't sure if the car would be worked on until Monday and they had a great rental car for me ready to go. I have purchased 3 Corvettes from Phillips over many years. Unfortunately, they have thouroughly discussed & dissappointed me. I was told they will NOT replace my battery that is still under warranty! years. Unfortunately, they have thouroughly discussed & dissappointed me. I have bringing my vehicle to Phillips for service for a few years now as I have been working in the area, but live down near Kansas City. Today, I came in for yet another oil change, and had had a few questions about 1/2 ton trucks, as I have been in the market for a new truck. I thought their employees and sales staff went well out of their way to answer and address my questions and concerns, but also backed it up with a test drive, and an unbelievable offer I just could'nt walk away from. Now, I am a VERY proud owner of a 2011 Silverado Z71. Phillips Chevrolet has every reason to be proud and "toot their own horn"! Thank you Mr.Wilson, and the rest of the staff as well. More

I also love the fact that everybody at Phillips continues to Treat me with continuous respect everytime I walk through that door. I had an opportunity today to even meet Happy who had a beautiful writeup in the newspaper. He handed me a heart today which is the symbolic mascot of what Phillips Chevrolet is all about. Tim Christ is a extremely hard worker and was very busy today yet continued to keep everybody happy and content. Tim was able to explain to all of his customers what type of service and was able to have those matters taken care of in a timely manner. Mr. Mark Hawkins always stops to joke and laugh with me about my next purchase and we already have it picked out. I will let you ask him he will tell you which one it is. I could go on for hours about the genorosity of Phillips Chevrolet when it comes to giving back to others. I will mention my Favorite one and that is The MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION. MR. I called this morning at 7:30am to request an appointment for my 08' Impala with a dead battery, I called for either Dan Kaminski your service staff. I called this morning at 7:30am to request an appointment for my 08' Impala with a dead battery, I called for either Dan Kaminski or Paul (Last name?) since I have dealt with them on many occasions. I got through to Dan, gave him my name & requested an appointment, he admitted your staff was very busy which I'm sure you were with the cold weather but in the same breath he told me to bring the car in & he would try to work me in. Sure enough at 2:30pm Bill Miller called & said the car was done & that the battery was replaced under warranty, now that was a pleasant surprise! I am the one who was quick to complain when I had some issues with the Impala when I bought it but that unpleasant experience was quickly rectified by your general manager, that situations resolution & today's prompt & courteous service is why I have been & always will be a Phillips Chevrolet customer! My salesman, Daniel Bachert, was very knowledgeable about the products...and this is coming from a car guy I would highly recommend doing business w/ Phillips. There was no rush or undo sales pressure. They let me drive all the vehicles I was considering. They made the car buying experience pleasant rather than the fiasco it has become w/ so many other dealerships. Thanks Phillips…I am truly enjoying tooling around in my new red Camero. More
I sent my sister with my car for a detail and they said it needed alignment, which then revealed a bad bearing. Car drove perfectly coming to the dealer and steering did not pull whatsoever.. She was sold unnecessary work when coming in for unrelated issue. Turns out, Phillips does diagnostics on all cars to find unreported issues to up sell service. If your car is not new, it would be very easy to find various out of tolerance parts that justify replacement, even though everything works fine and may last several years. And of course they used the scare tactic that "its a safety issue" to seal the deal. My sister called me, I told her to stop the work order, but it had been completed within the first 2 hours.
