I visited Phillips on 6.26.13 for an oil change on my new vehicle and was assisted by Kyle. Initially the wait time was approxmately an hour or so but he informed me of a free shuttle option instead of wait vehicle and was assisted by Kyle. The dealership was clean, employees were professionally dressed, and the waiting room gave customers options to choose from during their stay. Kyle explained to me the need for a tire rotation and gave me a rebate opportunity along with my visit. My car was delivered to my home upon completion along with an exterior wash. That was a great surprise as it was much needed. I was sincerely appreciative of the extra attention during my visit. I felt that Phillips provided an overall positive and professional service to me as a brand new client. Kyle's ability to commuicate with me regarding the service and his friendly nature reassured me that this is a business I can return to and trust. More

I had zero wait time. I pulled into the service center, and John Smidt came and welcomed me, and took me to a computer to get started. As I was giving information, Ted Walsh, the mechanic, came up and greeted me and exchanged pleasantries with me, along with asking some pertinent questions. Ted was very knowledgable and helpful, and it made me feel good to meet the mechanic! I waited in the comfortable waiting room, and then had the pleasure of working with Christine Smrstik. Christine was very thorough in the fact that I had recently gotten married, and there was a name discrepancy with the warranty. She took care of it in a jiffy, and it was a non-issue! She was very personable and friendly. In the end, she gave me my receipt, and explained everything in detail to me. I had a great experience and would return in a second. More
