I stopped by my Chevy dealer to visit my salesman, Henry King. I had a question about the cargo net for my Chevy Cruze. (I bought it last September and always forgot about the net.) He took me to the Parts King. I had a question about the cargo net for my Chevy Cruze. (I bought it last September and always forgot about the net.) He took me to the Parts department and they answered my question and then Henry took me to Scott Perek in Service. He was so nice. I had tried previously to try to install it myself, but couldn't figure it out. Scott asked if I had time to wait, I said; "sure". LIterally, within 90 seconds, he had the hooks to my cargo net installed! What a sense of humor. This was my first encounter with the service department and Scott was so nice and fast. After he was done, I chatted some more with Henry. This is my second car purchased from Henry at Phillips Chevy. We couldn't be more pleased. Phillips Chevy has given me the best customer service anyone could ask for! I went in to the dealership today for an oil change and tire rotation and an air conditioning problem. Scott Perak checked me in and explained what the cause of the loss of air conditioning might have been. He came into the waiting room a few times to see how I was doing and keep me informed of the progress all with a sense of humor. The repairs were made and they even washed the vehicle before I left.
