Walked in and was immediately helped by Kyle Hunter. He was very polite and asked my what was wrong with my car. I had explained to him that my tires were wearing unevenly and I wasn't sure why. He checked it out and told me that I would be needing new tires as well since he noticed that they were bald down to the wire. He let me look through all the tires that they could get me and he never complained or seemed to be getting impatient as I took awhile to decide. He told me what he thought my car, 2005 Saturn Vue, needed, but would also have a inspection done to make sure. He was right in my car needing a four tire alignment and he also called to tell me that during the inspection they noticed my serpentine belt had a crack in it. He called me to inform me of the problem immediately and asked if it was okay to change it. Most places I've had experience with would have just done it and told me later so I was glad to have such good service. I would rate my experience with Kyle 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend him and Phillips Chevy to anyone. You know you are getting the right parts installed the right way. I couldn't be happier and my car is finally riding as smooth as I hoped it would. More

I was in for service with my 2013 Chevy Sonic LTZ on 8/7/13. I had a scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation at 4:30pm. I arrived a little early at the dealership and it seemed to be ver 8/7/13. I had a scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation at 4:30pm. I arrived a little early at the dealership and it seemed to be very busy. I waited only a few minutes until Kyle Hunter assisted me. When taking care of me, Kyle stated my car had a software update that needed to be done. He said it should only take about 30 minutes extra. I said that would be fine and he assisted me to the waiting room. Within 5 minutes of waiting, Kyle came back and apologized stated the update would take about an hour and a half, total service now about three hours. I asked if I could be dropped off since I had much to do at home and he said let me get someone to take you. Kyle set me up with a driver, I believe his name was Jason, who was very polite during the ride. Kyle then called me when my car was done with service and offered for my car to be delivered. Two gentlemen came to my door and informed me about my car being delivered and they were wonderful as well. I was completely satisified with my recent visit and Kyle was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole situation. Thanks Philips Chevrolet! I hope I will continue to get this great service when I visit again. More

I purchased a used 2011 2SS Camaro from a non-Chevrolet dealership in Chicago. According to the Car Fax I received with the automobile, the original destination for the car, when new, was Phllips Chevrolet dealership in Chicago. I contacted Phillips to see if I would be able to get a copy of the window sticker that came with the car. I had the great fortune of being transferred to Mike Maheras. Mike was very personable, professional and extremely HELPFUL!!!! He emailed me copies of the build sheet they had for my car immediately!! I was so pleased to get that information. Mike called me back a day or two later to let me know they were unable to get a copy of the window sticker because the car was over a year old. I thanked Mike for his efforts over and over as I was thrilled to get at least the build sheet for the car. Lo and behold about two weeks later, Mike called me to let me know they did get a copy of the sticker and he would forward it on to me. I can't tell you how great that feels to have someone go out of their way to help me like that!!!! I can't thank Mike enough for all that he does. I will make it a point to have my car serviced at Phillips even though I live on the northwest side of the city!!!! Mike earned my business!!!! Thank you! More

My 2011 Camaro needed some service work done. I brought my car to Phillips and met with Kyle Hunter, the service advisor. He called me twice about certain things that would be better for my car and made sure I was alright with spending the amount of money that each aspect of the service appointment required. I really appreciated this because I wanted to make sure I was not being taken advantage of. When my car was complete, Kyle called me and let me know how everything went and also told me the price. He saved me a little bit of money in certain areas as well, which is always great. Anyone who goes to Phillips Chevrolet for a service appointment and receives Kyle as there service consultant should be happy and know that there car is in great hands. John More

Went into the service department stressed out about our truck needing service and the time frame of the repair.
