My son and I brought his car in to Phillips to see what was wrong with the alignment. We were immediately greeted by Kyle Hunter. He also pointed out that we needed new tires and I was impressed by how patient he was as my son and I took a long time to decide what tire to buy. He also called my son to tell him that during their inspection, they noticed the serpentine belt was cracked and Kyle took the time to ask if we wanted Chevy to fix that as well. Most places I have gone have just told me about it after and just gave me the bill. I was appreciative that they let us know of any issues before they attempted to solve them. Overall, I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5 primarily because of the customer experience by Kyle Hunter. Thank you! More

I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience from the time I called to make my service appointment to the time I picked up my car. Arriving early to drop off our vehicle was not a problem for the service center at all. Scott was the highlight of the service experience. He listened carefully to our list of maintenance issues and addressed every service point thoroughly. Scott went over the service proposal to ensure that there were no misunderstandings regarding our potential financial responsibilities. Even though Scott was businesslike and professional, he did add a good dose of levity and good morning cheer to our conversation. His engaging personality made us more at ease and comfortable with the check-in process. The entire experience was exceptional. Every employee greeted us as they passed, even if they weren't directly involved with our particular service problem. We even noticed that the restrooms were immaculately clean. The service issues were addressed promptly without delay. In fact, I was surprised at how soon we were notified that all of our service matters were completed. This outstanding experience certainly deserves a return visit. More
