I brought my 2010 Tahoe with 27000 miles in for some rim finish defects. The truck was originally purchased from Webb. I was told by Scott Perak and John Smidt they were going to speak directly to a GM rep finish defects. The truck was originally purchased from Webb. Great customer service and great communication between management. I could buy my Chevys from anywhere but next time will be from Phillips Chevy in Frankfort Il!!! Kyle Hunter was great. I showed up with no AC it was 97 degrees, I had no appointment and I was out of Phillips within 2 hrs with full AC now that was cool!
