Christine went over the diagnostic review,explained what would be done and went over the prices of each repair that was recomended. Upon my ok she processed repair form and advied me of a repair that could would be done and went over the prices of each repair that was recomended. We've always had a great experience & top-notch service when bringing our Volt in for service, however not this time. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the service quality we received at service when bringing our Volt in for service, however not this time. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the service quality we received at Phillips. Had set-up appointment to bring in our Volt in for a routine tire rotation, pulled into the bay & was greeted by a service advisor that someone would be with me shortly, it appeared busy with cars stacking up. I was greeted by Tim Christ & told him I had appointment for a tire rotation. Tim wrote up the necessary paperwork & then told me I could wait in the waiting area. It should take about hour. The wait didn't seem long at all, as it was shorter than previous visits for a tire rotation. In previous visits for service we have always been offered a car wash - this didn't happened this visit - I don't know if it was because it was so busy that it wasn't offered or what - disappointing at the very least. What really took me by surprise is that our tire pressure was low on all four tires (35 psi) when we brought in the Volt (recommended 38psi). I would expect that the Tech working on my Volt & doing a tire rotation that he would check the tire pressure in all tires. This did not happen. Clearly the Tech had the screen display up when doing a tire rotation I would think at that point he would have aired the tires to the recommended tire pressure of 38psi - as I got into the car to leave and the screen display was up showing all four tires at 35 psi - I was NOT happy & this is totally unacceptable service. Instead of addressing this issue or waiting around to have it taken care I left & went home to put air in my tires. More

After having issues with Bill Jacobs i decided to call Phillips even know it was farther away. After Tim made me comfortable that they would take care of me unlike Jacobs did I brought my vehicle to Phill Phillips even know it was farther away. After Tim and Phillips did everything they said they would in a friendly comfortable environment I will reccommend Phillips to everyone i know. Some things are worth the farther drive.
