Bill Barnes came to me often to give me updates of the progress they were making. Bill went to great lengths to see that my problem was properly taken care of. My reason for service was for a noise on t progress they were making. Bill went to great lengths to see that my problem was properly taken care of. My reason for service was for a noise on the car. Two of the service personnel rode with me to insure they were hearing what I was hearing. They checked my car from top to bottom to insure there was not a problem. They came to the conclusion that the noise was there from a tire from a recent tire rotation that I had performed just recently since the noise had shown up right after that. I thought they were very thorough in the handling of my problem. More
