I have worked in the Frankfort area for 7 years, and know I few people that had great experience with Phillips. I had several warning lights come on during my way to work from Northwest Indiana. She was very friendly and courteous and assured me that the team at Phillips when help me re solve the issues with my car. After going over the issues with my car, Christine offered to have me driven to work and updated me via email during the day as to the progress on my car. I will not hesitate to have Christine and the team at Phillips service my car in the future. Be nice if Phillips started carrying Cadillac's, which is my GM car of choice. Bill Barnes was beyond helpful yesterday when I brought my car in. I was getting a remote starter put in and new all weather mats.
