The phenomenal customer service I receive here is beyond wonderful. I travel 30mins away from home, just to Frankfort IL, (from Calumet City IL) to where I get treated right. Scott P made me laugh and cracked jokes, which was a plus. Vince C made sure he took care of me, he was very kind and he engaged with me about how my morning was going. He also applied my two coupons to my total. I really appreciated that.!!! Tony C also made sure I was well taken care of for a second visit I had to make to the dealership. Tony C was very polite and worked at a fast pace to make sure I was not waiting for a long time. I just appreciate the staff at Phillips Chevy and it is my number 1 stop for car repairs. The staff at this location should coach the staff at the location in Lansing because I had a horrible experience there and that is why I would never go back to that location. More
