Phillips service department is the best I have worked with and I have only bought Chevrolets and the Saturn in my lifetime as a car buyer. I was surprised that they offered to take me home while my car was being fixed and picked me up at home when the car was finished being serviced. the waiting room is very open and bright and the girls behind the counter were friendly. My whole experience was excellent and I will definitely come back to Phillips to have my car serviced and when I am ready to purchase a new car, Phillips will be the dealer I will go to buy. Great Service Experience!! Had an exterior trim molding come loose on 2014 Chevy Malibu. Assumed I would have to bring the car in & arrange for a loaner as I thought they might have to order a replacement come loose on 2014 Chevy Malibu. Assumed I would have to bring the car in & arrange for a loaner as I thought they might have to order a replacement part to repair. When I called Phillips Chevrolet Service Department Mr. Tony Cesario answered, and after listening to my description of the problem suggested I bring the car in the same day, at my convenience, and he would take a look at the problem. Once I arrived he looked at my car almost immediately, determined the molding would need to be replaced, checked with the parts department and had the repair completed within a half hour. He also asked if there were any other issues or concerns with the car as did Mr. Dan Kachinsky. Outstanding customer service!! This was my second visit since purchasing the car and both times the overall experience was great. I should note that Tony was the Service Consultant both times. More

I went in for my regular maintenance and Tony was there to promptly greet me and check me in. He is always very efficient and so very friendly and attentive! It was pretty busy when I came in but the wait time was reasonable and I received a complimentary car wash!! I Love this dealership and will come back when I am ready to upgrade from my 2012 Equinox.
