Bought a 2013 silverado, from a different dealership, I wanted to add a remote starter that I got from a online chevy parts store. I Called many dealerships none of which would do the install because I did wanted to add a remote starter that I got from a online chevy parts store. I Called many dealerships none of which would do the install because I didn't buy the kit from them. ( it required dealer programing) and the few that said they would do all wanted over 200.00$ to program the unit. I called Phillips chevy and spoke with Tim Christ when I told him what I have he said bring it right in. When I went in Tim was their waiting for me I gave him the kit and install code. My truck went right into the service center, while I was waiting Tim kept coming to me in the waiting area keeping me up dated on the status of my truck. Never have I experienced customer service like Tim gave me while I was their, the charge for the install and programing was just the standard labor charges. Not a penny more then what I was told on the phone by Tim. When I got the truck back they topped off all fluids for me and washed and cleaned it. I will not do any service on my truck unless I go through Tim. More

From the minute I arrived Jeff was smiling and very helpful. Everyone greeted me and said "Hello" and asked if I was being helped. When I needed help carrying car seats etc..Cory went beyond what I f helpful. Everyone greeted me and said "Hello" and asked if I was being helped. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Phillips Chevrolet last October, and at the begining of January the drivers side door started getting caught on the trim of the backseat passenger door. This went on f last October, and at the begining of January the drivers side door started getting caught on the trim of the backseat passenger door. This went on for a couple weeks before it eventually got worse and bent the trim in the middle of the doors. I immediately took it into Phillips Service Center in Frankfort where I purchased the vehicle to have it looked at and hopefully repaired at no charge since I had just purchased the car a few months earlier. Tony Cesario was the service employee who greeted me and took a look at what happened, he immediately could tell that it was a manufacturing problem and was not my fault at all. However, he needed a manager to also take a look at it as well so he called over Dan Kachinsky. Dan not only recommended that we replace the middle black trim that was damaged, but he also asked Tony to order a new chrome piece of trim and rubber insulation that went inside the drivers side door since all three pieces seemed to be the cause of the problem. They both told me that of course it would be no charge, but it would take a few days to order the parts. About a week went by and I hadn't heard anything yet from Phillips so I called up there and spoke with Jeff Heda. He explained to me that the parts were on backorder and then told me he would talk to his parts guy and see if they could track them down through another local dealer. Another week went by so I called Jeff again to see what the update was, and he said the parts were still not available but had looked into it more and found out that it was a national problem which is why they were on backorder. Jeff told me that he was going to follow up with his parts guy again and get back to me. Sure enough, I got a call the next day and Jeff had tracked down the parts I needed from a local GM dealer and had them expedited to their service center. I received a call from Jeff immediately and he set up an appointment for me and made sure I had a loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. When I came in for my appointment I spoke with Tony again since he originally helped me when I first came in but made a point to thank Jeff for all he had done for me over the last couple of weeks to track down the parts. I wasn't angry or upset the parts were on backorder I was just relieved that Jeff was still looking into it for me and keeping me updated on the situation. My car was fixed in less than a day, and since I was due I also got myself a tire rotation and oil change. The loaner car worked out great and Tony called me the next day and let me know my car was ready to get picked up. Excellent experience across the board as always.
