No Appointment No Service No kidding I waited too long for an oil change, and just any oil change won't do. When I asked my service advisor (Tony C.) about making an appointment for an oil and scheduled repair for the same date - he encouraged me to come in for the much needed oil change. I waited a little longer but it was well worth having my car serviced. I appreciate the "Can Do" attitude and the genuine concern to help the customer. Again and again I come back to Phillips service because I will always get uncomplicated solutions. J Sandoval More
Warranty Service I brought my 2014 Cuze diesel in for the 'check engine' light. Scott Perak tried to read the code with his reader but it did not work with the diesel I brought my 2014 Cuze diesel in for the 'check engine' light. Scott Perak tried to read the code with his reader but it did not work with the diesel electronics. So he offered transportation while waiting for an available technician. Turned out the code was set by a faulty O2 sensor - an annoyance for a new car which is an issue for me with Chevrolet. Phillips Chevrolet and Scott Perak in particular took what was an annoyance for me and made it as convenient as possible to effect the repair and get me back on the road quickly. An impressive level of customer service from my perspective. More

Upon arrival I was greeted by Christine Finch with a kind smile and a kind word which consistent anytime I come to Phillips to purchase a car or have service done. I explained to Christine the nature of the visit was not only for brakes but for various reasons. I knew this would be a costly visit simply because of all of the issues this car was having. Although the appraisal took three hours, I was not surprised because I know how thorough the Mechanics are when checking a vehicle. It would have been nice to have some coffee, however, the vending machine for coffee is STILL broke and the vending machine next to it was leaking water all over the floor. I will say, there was always someone attentive to the water on the floor, wiping the mess up very often. When Christine approached me with the list of repairs, my hunch proved accurate, allot of work=allot of money. In the process, Christine did a great job explaining, in detail, everything they suggested needed to be done on the car. I say suggested because at no time did I feel forced in having to do any or all of the repairs. But, I knew I didn't have a choice because I didn't want my wife driving an unsafe vehicle. In total, it was about a day and a half of work well spent. I am VERY happy with the results from Service to repair. What I was not happy with was the price. Given the quantity of work, I knew it was going to cost, but as an example, to charge $59.50 to check out a sliding door, clean the pads and lube the door is over the top. In fact, I have nothing but great things to say about Joe Armstrong, Scott Perak and Brian Kramer, too. More

I took my 2014 Chevy Traverse previously purchased at Phillips Chevrolet into their service department for a basic maintenance oil change expecting to I took my 2014 Chevy Traverse previously purchased at Phillips Chevrolet into their service department for a basic maintenance oil change expecting to spend $60-100 out of pocket for the "extras" most companies tack on to a basic oil change. Instead, I left with an oil change, tire inspection and rotation, and a multipoint vehicle inspection all for free and all in less than an hour!!! I was very pleasantly surprised, to say the least! Thanks, again, Phillips Chevrolet, for going above and beyond to keep your customers happy!!! More
