Could not diagnose and fix my car Phillips Chevrolet was a very big disappointment to me. It was the worst experience I have had with any dealer I have worked with. They had my car f Phillips Chevrolet was a very big disappointment to me. It was the worst experience I have had with any dealer I have worked with. They had my car for over a month and could not get a code when the car would just shut off while driving. It would start right back up but since they couldn't get a code they were helpless. I kept telling them that the symptoms were just like all of the recalls regarding the ignition switch but since my car wasn't in the recall yet they didn't want to do anything about it. They didn't even attempt to call GM. I was charged $160.00 for nothing. Didn't even receive a call for a week at a time. Not even a diagnosis much less a safe car to drive. I am disgusted. More

Cobalt Recall On a recent visit from my daughter she informed me that she was unable to get the ignition recall on her 09 Cobalt taken care of at her local dealersh On a recent visit from my daughter she informed me that she was unable to get the ignition recall on her 09 Cobalt taken care of at her local dealership. Since it was purchased at Phillips, we took it there and spoke to Scott Perak. He was able to get the recall work done the same day and thanks to him, she was able to return home (170 mi) with a much safer car. Thanks again to Scott and the service team at Phillips. More
Dashboard I had to have the cracked dashboard replaced on my 2010 Tahoe.ltz. They did a wonderful job replacing the dash. They provided me with aride home aft I had to have the cracked dashboard replaced on my 2010 Tahoe.ltz. They did a wonderful job replacing the dash. They provided me with aride home after I dropped the vehicle off because it took three days to complete the job. I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend this dealership to any one. I don,t remember the name of my service consultant, but he was very good also. More

stabilizer bushings I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and i had a rattle going over bumps. the tech told the service rep it was my trailer hitch, leavi I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and i had a rattle going over bumps. the tech told the service rep it was my trailer hitch, leaving I took the reciever off and still had rattle. Dan sent a letter asking about the service and I called and told him what happened . He was very understanding about my frustration and set me up to return on sat. too get the problem corrected. Went in and was treated very well by Tom, and got a car wash to boot. Thanks Phillips for going the extra step More

I called Scott and he got me an appointment right away that Saturday. I know Phillips is quite busy on the weekends but Scott got me in without a problem. By the time I looked over their Camaro and truck inventory, my car was done. Scott, as always, was just a breeze to work with as was Cory. This is my first time dealing with Cory and I must say, if he keeps the positive and friendly attitude he showed me, he has a long career in this industry. Thanks again guys, see you next time! More
