Great service, great associates I've had my Silverado and my wife's Traverse (both bought from Phillips) serviced in the last couple of months and both experiences could not have bee I've had my Silverado and my wife's Traverse (both bought from Phillips) serviced in the last couple of months and both experiences could not have been better. I dealt with both Cory and Jim for non-routine issues and both were resolved methodically, knowledgeably and courteously. I was never pressured to buy additional services, and warranty items were taken care of with no hassle. I have been buying / servicing there for four years now and I have yet to deal with an associate that I have not liked and respected. More

When I did arrive Tom Barton (service rep) greeted me was professional and pleasant, a loaner was arranged and within 10 minutes I was out of there( nice! ) Dan Kachinsky ( service manager) took the time to stop and say hello (nice guy), it took 4 days for the repairs (parts and paint job was required) , however everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Dan personally took care of me when I picked up my volt. I know phillips gives great deals , but to me it the service afterwards that counts and for this they get a A+ Thanks again More
Exceptional Service Received from Terry Sanders After a long day I went to Phillips Chevrolet to turn in my loaner car and pick up my new Chevy Cruse which had been in for undercoating. What a painless experience Terry Sanders made it for me. I didn't know where to go and was just kind of looking around as I waited in line at the cashier thinking that might be a good place to start. As I stood there I watched him interact with customers and was highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism he demonstrated with such a humble demeanor. He noticed that I was standing in line and he came up to me and asked if there was anything he could do to help me along. I explained my situation and he immediately jump in, took control and got me in and out in no time at all! So polite, so professional and so service focused. He over delivered!! What an asset he is to Phillips Chevrolet!! What really impressed me the most was that he came up to me... I didn't have to seek him out for direction. He read the uncertianty on my face and immediately jumped right in to help.
