Great Business Model I have been dealing with Phillips for 30 years and they keep getting better. I had a Transmission flush and filter change done. After finding the filter was not accessible without a major overhaul, they charged for a fluid change only, Integrity is one reason I service all 4 vehicles at Phillips. I also like the follow-up e-mail. I can compliment Chris directly or let her know of any concerns. Also needed the drivers door seal replaced. Let Dan know a week before and the parts were there when I brought the Traverse in. 94,000 miles and running so good, the wife will not part with it. More

The best part was i gave Scott almost a list to do totalling maybe in the upper $700.00 but the techs and Scott did not take advantage of that and gave me an honest answer of what was needed to be done. Thank you for being honest and he even gave me a discount on work, my total bil came from $246 and down to $221.
