As happy i am with my vehicle it's frustrating enough to have to deal with the flaws of the design with the Volt. Nevertheless! Phillips has come out on top amd surprised me the customer with the best service advisement, even offered me a free rental while my vehicle was being serviced over night. Jim Monohan very knowledgeable guy and informed me of all the warranties, Liz made me happy with the rental and Sue who put a smile on my face just to have a great conversation at the end of her long day. I was greeted and the service was han I took my daughters car there on a recall notice, the second one, and expected to be there two and a half hours. I was greeted and the service was handled by Paul Nelson who was professional, friendly and understanding. I also detailed to him an recurring dilemma with the cars" remote device which they replaced only a few months ago for almost 200 dollars! I wasn't happy about it being the second recall and about the remote device issue. To my surprise Paul came into the waiting area about one hour later and explained they were done,what they did ,and handed me a new remote for the car at no cost. Thank you Paul. More

Week later same issue with drops on floor. Brought back and did a more intense search and found rear seal leaking. It was fixed and service team was very thorough to get it done right. Good caring staff would recommend service department to anyone. More
