Determined to make it right The chrome trim on my 2013 Chevy Malibu kept falling off. It was clearly just a manufacture defect which the service team at Phillips Chevrolet could The chrome trim on my 2013 Chevy Malibu kept falling off. It was clearly just a manufacture defect which the service team at Phillips Chevrolet could see. Dan Kachinsky personally helped me out through the whole process because it took a couple of different visits to try and get it reattached to the door so it would stay properly because we were unsure what was causing the issue. Finally, this last time Dan just went ahead and ordered all new parts and molding to reattach the trim from scratch, as well as comp my oil change and tire rotation as well. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier. Kevin Brasky was also a pleasure to deal with as well this last visit. He got me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around and called me the next day to let me know everything went perfect and my car was ready to be picked up. He even gave me a bag of cookies. I just want to thank Dan and Kevin for their excellent customer service, and I will continue to come back to Phillips Chevrolet for all of my service needs. Thanks again, Jim More

Need More Help I purchased my car on Saturday and brought it to their service center on Monday so they could install my protection package. I brought it there in th I purchased my car on Saturday and brought it to their service center on Monday so they could install my protection package. I brought it there in the morning before work and had a fine experience. My only complaint was I had to wait for the cashier to handle my rental car situation, as she was not yet available. I would have thought someone would have been there when the service department opened, to handle the transactions for those of us stopping in prior to work. Not sure if this was an off day for them or if this is how it normally is there. My horrible experience came when I came to pick up my car that afternoon after work. I walked in to find no one around and no one at the rental car desk. I stood there for awhile waiting to be acknowledged by those that were milling about, but that never happened. Someone finally showed up at the rental car desk, so I approached her to see if she could help me. She seemed like she didn't want to be bothered, since she sat down to complete some paperwork. She took my rental key and told me I had to wait for someone to help me get my car. Stood around for maybe another 7-10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Then 2 other people walked in and proceeded to get taken care of before me, while I still stood there. At this point, I was angry. I went back to the woman at the rental car desk and verbalized my frustration at not having been acknowledged or waited on and asked her if there was something I wasn't doing right. She then said she wasn't paying any attention and seemed annoyed that I was "bothering" her. Finally, after having raised my voice, I was acknowledged and taken care of. One of the customers who got waited on before me did mention to me that the afternoon is horrible for service. Not exactly the best first impression, since this was my first car purchase and first service experience with Phillips. My suggestion would be to implement a "take a number" system, so people can be properly serviced. Hoping future visits won't be as frustrating. More
